Tidy Planet's Rocket Composter turns Warwickshire schools' food waste into compost

With schools in Warwickshire spending almost £400,000 a year on waste disposal, Warwickshire County Council were keen for the schools to find an alternative method to landfill. Leading organisations commit to halve construction waste to landfill

The reduction of construction waste is a key focus for the industry and WRAP's Halving Waste to Landfill commitment is a voluntary framework devised to help achieve a 50% reduction in construction, demolition and excavation waste sent to landfill by 2012.
