Biomass Crop Assistance Program should help make the biomass-to-electricity plant a profitable endeavor

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) is designed to encourage the conversion of new biomass materials into energy without diverting biomass from existing markets.
