Solyndra, Inc. and Photon Energy a.s. have announced that Photon Energy has signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreement for a 1.23 MWp Solyndra project and begun installation on multiple rooftops in Prague, Czech Republic. Umwelt-Sonne-Energie GmbH (USE Projects) has completed the largest collective Solyndra project to date. The project consists of 1.9 MWp of generation capability installed on 10 rooftop sites in Belgium owned by a large international food retailer. Solyndra signs long-term sales contract with Benelux solar integrator SunConnex(12/05/2009)
Solyndra, Inc. has signed a new long-term sales contract with solar integrator SunConnex B.V., based in Amsterdam. The Euro-based contract is worth up to $189 million and extends through 2013. The SunConnex deal brings Solyndra's announced contractual backlog to nearly $1.7 billion.
