REpower UK achieve 500 megawatts of power installed across UK wind farms

According to RenewableUK, the total number of utility scale wind turbines in the UK now stands at 3,076, counting both onshore and offshore, with 2,640 onshore turbines and 436 offshore. enXco signs delivery agreement with REpower for 70 MM92 wind turbines

enXco has signed a delivery agreement with German turbine manufacturer REpower for up to 143.5 megawatts. EDF Energies Nouvelles has announced the commissioning of the “Chemin d’Ablis” wind farm. The Chemin d’Ablis wind farm, which is spread across eight communes of the Eure-et-Loir department, comprises 26 wind turbines built alongside a 17km stretch of the A10 autoroute.
