Portland General Electric Company has announced the final phase of its Biglow Canyon Wind Farm is complete, and all 217 turbines of the project are available to generate power for PGE customers. Thin-film photovoltaic (PV) solar panels are ideal for rooftop installations, as they are lighter, require less structural support and have a higher wind rating than traditional glass laminated and aluminum framed solar panels.
