Local Energy Organisation helps Isle of Wight residents benefit from discounted renewable electricity(23/11/2010)
The not-for-profit organisation, called LEO (Local Energy Organisation) has been created by wind farm developer Infinergy and renewable electricity supplier Green Energy UK to enable homes closest to the Vectis Wind Farm to receive a 10% discount on Green Energy UK’s renewable electricity as well as an annual £100 rebate on their bill.
